Campaign description

Scintille has always supported local entrepreneurship development projects with the aim of creating jobs for the Namibian communities. For this reason, at the beginning of August, we started to finance a project for the creation of a ‘shopping centre’ in the location of Uupindi (southern suburbs of Oshakati), consisting of a shop, two shelters and a bathroom all properly fenced: the aim is to create a small sales centre for simple everyday goods such as fruit, vegetables, food, etc. that will give jobs to a couple of people.

Previously, Scintille had already supported the installation of a water distribution point in the area. Obviously the construction of the various buildings and accessories was carried out by local workers.
