ASKS FOR

to be accepted as supporter partner to your association.
Declares to have had a look at the Bylows which regolate all the association’s activities, accepting all its contents.

Declares also to deposit contemporaneously with the application the amount of 25,00 Euro on banking account:

The whole amount will be returned if the appliance will not be accepted.
Take note of and accept that the association share has the validity of the actual solar year, and must be renewed before the 31 of january of the following year. Failing to do this will automatically cancel the title of Supporter Partner for the following year.

PLEASE NOTE in case of amounts exceeding 25,00 euro, the excess will be considered as Free Contribution.
